1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms govern use of the Mega Voltz platform, operated by Fabricio Pereira Rabelo Ltda. (CNPJ 66.906.466/0001-69), headquartered at Av. Cristovao Colombo, 2144, Suite 408, 3rd floor, Floresta, Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, ZIP 90560-001.

2. Definitions
- Platform: API, app, web panels, and Mega Admin
- App: Mega Voltz mobile application
- CPO panel: /cpo interface for operators
- Session: charging period between RemoteStart and end
- Tenant: CPO operator provisioned after approval
3. Scope
eMSP platform with unified cross-network registration (open network in MVP). Services: map, RemoteStart, end-of-session payment, CPO panel, and OCPP 1.6J/2.0.1.
4. Registration (driver)
- Minimum age: 18
- Unique CPF on platform
- Truthful data
- Privacy Policy and Terms acceptance required
5. App use
Map with active stations; charging via RemoteStart (QR/code); geolocation with device permission; responsible conduct at the station.
6. Sessions and tariffs
End-of-session billing: kWh × station rate + idle fee after ~100% SoC and 15 min grace (or station override). Per-station tariffs.
7. Payments
Card (pre-auth at start, capture at end), PIX, and prepaid credits. Failed settlement may block account. CPO/platform payouts via Mercado Pago.
8. Support
L1 Mega Voltz (account, app, payment): in-app tickets and email ([email protected]), 24h channel; in-app chat in the driver app (MVP). L2 forwarded to station CPO for local equipment. No toll-free in MVP. Website contact forms: reply within 2 business days.
9. Deletion and suspension
Account closure via app. Pending balances may delay immediate deletion. Suspension for violation, fraud, or default.
10. CPO pre-registration
/cadastro form with manual review. Approval creates tenant with royalty contract. States: pending, active, suspended.
11. Panel and team
Manage stations, chargers, tariffs, team, and RBAC. One active tenant per JWT session. You are responsible for granted access.
12. Stations and OCPP
Register chargePointId; charger connects WebSocket to API. CPO responsible for operation, maintenance, and displayed tariffs.
13. Payments and royalties
Mercado Pago OAuth for payouts; royalty per contract; platform fee when applicable.
14. Tenant suspension
Mega Admin may suspend for contract breach, default, or operational risk.
15. Intellectual property
Brands and software protected. Use limited to operating under these Terms.
16. Limitation of liability
Platform provided "as available". No liability for power grid, third-party equipment, or force majeure, within legal limits.
17. Changes
Material changes communicated in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
18. Law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law. Drivers: domicile jurisdiction (CDC). B2B CPO: Courts of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
